Vivendi strengthens Xbox Live presence

Vivendi Games said yesterday they had acquired two development studios - Secret Lair Studios, located in Issaquah, Wash., and Studio Ch'in in Shanghai, China – to strengthen their position as a maker of Xbox Live Arcade titles, which is currently handled through their Sierra Online division. Sierra is already at work on the action-packed Assault Heroes, the highly-anticipated Carcassonne, based on the popular tile-based board game, as well as other unannounced games.
