Paul Wenig, Former Director of Retail Marketing for America Online, Will Lead USTelematics Introduction of Vivee and Voyager Products Into Nation's Largest Big-Box Retail Chains

USTelematics, deploying proprietary technology and market-disruptive products at the forefront of the connected-car revolution, has announced that Paul Wenig, former Director of Retail Partner Marketing for internet leader America Online, has joined the Company to spearhead its drive into major retailer channels for the Company's entire product line.

USTelematics' advanced product lines include Voyager(TM) Mobile IPTV and rear-seat entertainment system, and the Company's Vivee(TM) voice enhanced mobile messaging products.
Mr. Wenig brings nearly 20 years' experience in consumer electronics sales and marketing at many of the industry's leading companies, where he developed a proven track record of understanding customer buying habits, establishing fruitful retail relationships, and the knowledge to effectively launch and sell consumer electronic products through mass merchant retail channels.

As Director of Partner Marketing Retail for internet pioneer America Online (AOL), Mr. Wenig successfully led efforts to establish a national retail presence at many of the nation's most prominent big-box retail chains, including Wal-Mart, Sears, Target and Circuit City.

"We see the potential for significant penetration into major retailer, mass merchant, big-box channels with most of our products," said Howard Leventhal, Chief Executive Officer of USTelematics. "We are excited and energized by adding a proven veteran with Paul's incredible track record and expertise to our team and we look forward to expanding our relationships with the major retailers."

USTelematics' Voyager brand of wireless mobile internet protocol TVs (IPTV) for rear-seat passenger vehicle infotainment integrates a broad suite of features and functions, including the creation of a mobile Wi-Fi internet hotspot to enable online computer usage in the car and on the road, as well as DVD, movies, TV, Xbox and other computer games, and more.

USTelematics Vivee(TM), for Voice Interactive Voice Enhanced Email & SMS Texting software and service, is an innovative voice-interactive solution to enable drivers to safely receive and send written electronic communications. Vivee uses an animated avatar to speak incoming emails and text messages aloud, and enables drivers to respond via voice commands. Vivee lets busy professionals and other drivers stay connected while keeping their hands on the wheel and their eyes on the road.

"Our automotive mobile telematics products are well-suited for sale in big-box retail venues with automotive electronics installation departments," said Mr. Leventhal. "We believe Paul will significantly accelerate our programs to drive product through these larger national chains, given his thorough understanding of the best practices and specific needs of the major retailers and the independent rep organizations that provide billions of dollars of product into these channels."

Mr. Wenig's background also includes a senior marketing position at the leading retail trade publication, Computer Retail Week, where he consulted with manufacturers on go-to market strategies. Previously, Mr. Wenig spent a decade working in Chicago with one of the first computer superstore chains, Elek-Tek Inc.
USTelematics plans to begin implementation of its major retailer marketing and distribution plan at the upcoming 2006 International Consumer Electronics Show during January in Las Vegas.
