Sega selects Obsidian for Alien RPG

On the heels of the recent Sega announcement regarding developing video games based on the Alien movie franchise comes word from the video game publisher of more specifics on a title. Sega has apparently tapped video game developer Obsidian Entertainment to create an Alien role-playing game for next generation consoles. Obsidian is known best for Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic II: Sith Lords and Neverwinter Nights 2. They said this as yet unamed RPG will "build upon the distinctive look and feel of the original films while utilizing next-generation technology to create an entirely different and unique Alien experience".
