Relentless Software, Kinect for Xbox 360 and Nat Geo WILD: TV you can play.

"Kinect Nat Geo TV" is part of the Xbox 360 "playful learning" experiences and is developed by Relentless Software
"Kinect Nat Geo TV," developed by Relentless Software® in partnership with Microsoft Studios, combines world-renowned Nat Geo WILD TV show episodes with intuitive Kinect for Xbox 360 technology. "Kinect Nat Geo TV" will be available in spring 2011 and is part of Microsoft Corp.'s "playful learning" initiative, that delivers enriching and entertaining content for children.
Both Relentless and Microsoft Studios bring the show to life through Kinect for Xbox 360 by turning living rooms into animal habitats and players into a variety of animals. By combining Kinect motion control with interactive TV, both studios blend the TV and video game worlds to offer a rich and immersive learning experience. Thanks to this interactivity, families can do more than just watch the show: They can expand their knowledge of nature and become real stewards of the world. "Kinect Nat Geo TV" delivers the ultimate dynamic interactive TV experience that inspires kids to care about the planet.
Andrew Eades, Executive Director commented: "Relentless and Microsoft Studios are renowned for pushing the boundaries of what a gaming experience means. At Relentless, we've always made games for everyone and with Kinect we are able to reach new audiences. With experiences like "Buzz" and now "Kinect Nat Geo TV," we continue to demonstrate that if you bring the language of TV into the realm of video games you can bring millions of non-gamers into the fold. We're proud to partner with Microsoft Studios, National Geographic, Casey Anderson and his best friend Brutus to bring a new kind of entertainment to kids and their families."
"Kinect Nat Geo TV" goes further than what a TV show can do. Thanks to the power of Kinect for Xbox 360, the high quality content of National Geographic and Relentless' expertise in social games, this ground-breaking interactive experience will now be available for parents and kids everywhere.
