MLB 2K12 Set To Pack Serious Achievements On Xbox 360

March 6th is the release date that is set for 2K Sports' to unlesh MLB 2K12, and the demo has already been made available for gamers to check out on Xbox Live, as well as on the PlayStation Network.

In regards to Xbox 360 Achievements though, there are going to be 50 Achievements in total, with 1,000 Achievement points possible.

We have had the opportunity to learn of many of the upcoming Achievements in the baseball release, and some of them will be quite difficult to attain.

A few that immediately need to be pointed out include the One Man Show, and What's Your Ring Size Achievements. Completing these Achievements requires you to either throw a no-hitter in a 9-inning game, or win the World Series in My Player mode. These appear to be quite difficult to obtain, but doing so will earn you some decent Achievement points.

Speaking of the My Player mode, there are a lot of Achievements in that mode to be obtained. Some examples of these Achievements include an Achievement for getting called up to the Majors, hitting a home run against a team you used to play for, as well as several other player-specific Achievements that you can obtain.

If you make it to the Hall of Fame with your player, you will earn points for that, as well as for making the All-Star team, winning back-to-back World Series, or winning over 100 games.

You can even earn an Achievement by striking out for four times in a single game, pretty interesting and highly-obtainable in my opinion.

Franchise mode has its own set of Achievements that you will earn by winning the World Series, while you can also earn Achievements by winning games online, defeating the World Series champion St. Louis Cardinals, and others.

Based on all of these Achievements it is clear that the new MLB 2K12 release from 2K Sports' is going to pack plenty for gamers to try and unlock as they mow through their multiple baseball seasons in franchise mode, online in ranked matches, as well as through the popular My Player game modes.
