MICROSOFT'S 12 DAYS OF XBOX DEALS END ON CHRISTMAS DAY WITH HALFBRICK'S FRUIT NINJA KINECT

Top-tier developer Halfbrick today announced it is slicing the price of its Xbox Live Arcade hit Fruit Ninja Kinect -- the best-selling title of Summer of Arcade 2011 -- in half on Christmas Day, December 25 only. This sale is part of Microsoft's 12 Days of Xbox Deals and will allow fruit slicing fans looking for a last minute gift, or hosts looking for a holiday-party activity to download Fruit Ninja Kinect for half the price at only 400 Microsoft points or $5.

Players looking for a perfect way to show off their new Kinect can celebrate the holidays with their friends and family by swinging their arms and legs to attack fruit. Fruit Ninja Kinect takes all the frenzied fruit slicing action of the highly popular and addictive mobile game and brings it full scale as players trade in finger chops for full body motion slicing, swinging their arms to cut through an endless cascade of flying fruits while trying to avoid dangerous bombs.

Additionally, the latest Fruit Ninja Kinect Christmas DLC includes the snow-dusted "Santa's Workshop," the "Snow Globe" silhouette and the sugary sweet "Candy Cane Blade" - all of which are now available for free under "Christmas Present" in the Sensei Swag menu upon download.

Fruit Ninja Kinect is rated "E for Everyone" by the ESRB and is currently available for download through Xbox LIVE Arcade for 800 MSP ($10 USD) for the Xbox 360® video game and entertainment system with Kinect™. It will be on sale Sunday, December 25 for 400 MSP ($5 USD).
