Microsoft: Xbox 360 HD DVD Player mid-November

Microsoft said today at the X06 game show in Barcelona, Spain, that an external HD DVD player will be available in North America, the U.K, France and Germany in mid-November. It will retail for $199.99 in North America and €199.99/£129.99 in the U.K., France and Germany. It comes with the Universal Pictures film King Kong, directed by Peter Jackson, on HD DVD (for a limited time) and the Xbox 360 Universal Media Remote.
