Microsoft fixes Xbox 360 Fall Update bricking issue

It looks as if Microsoft has been able to correct the problem related to the Fall Update bricking Xbox 360s under certain conditions. As it has been reported, a small percentage of Xbox 360 owners who downloaded and applied the dashboard update released on Tuesday have found their machines fatally crashing. Microsoft has been able to correct the problem by releasing an updated version of the Fall Update (in typical fashion) which keeps this problem from happening. Those whose consoles have already been bricked will need to contact Xbox Support for help.
