Frenetic 2D action platformer with puzzle-based exploration to be available December 2011 on Xbox LIVE.

indiePub, a subsidiary of Zoo Entertainment, Inc. (NASDAQ CM: ZOOG), is excited to announce the December 2011 release of its indie game Capsized for Xbox LIVE® Arcade.

Capsized is a fast-paced 2D action platformer set in an immersive alien world teeming with bizarre life forms and strange landscapes presented in a unique hand-drawn art style.

In Capsized, your ship crash lands on a mysterious alien planet and you must navigate through perilous environments and fight blood-thirsty creatures to save your crewmates and escape with your lives. Using a grappling hook, jetpack and ship supplies, you fight through hostile landscapes to save fellow shipmates from the planet's Tribal creatures.

Capsized combines control elements of first-person shooters with innovative physics-based combat and nods to classic platform games. It has more than a dozen non-linear levels with completely explorable environments and multiple modes: A story-based Campaign mode, local Co-Operative and Death Match modes, Survival mode, Time Trials and Armless Fighting. The Xbox LIVE Arcade release of Capsized also includes levels exclusive to this version, newly enhanced graphics, Xbox LIVE Achievements and soon-to-be-released downloadable content.

"We are really excited to be working with indiePub to help us get Capsized to new platforms and new audiences," said Alientrap Programmer and Co-Designer, Lee Vermeulen. "Players will benefit from the new version's refined action and increased focus on cooperative and multiplayer gameplay, while keeping the chaotic action and unique style of the PC version."

The Xbox LIVE Arcade version of Alientrap's Capsized is being developed by Koolhaus Games.

Capsized will be available December 2011 via Xbox LIVE Arcade for 800 Microsoft Points (US $10).
