The Xbox 360, over its half-decade run, has quickly turned into the center of any owner's media center. The console, with its Xbox Live service, continues to expand to showcase some amazing content outside of just gaming experiences. A great example of this is the new addition of Hulu on Xbox 360.

Hulu on Xbox 360 has garnered a great deal of attention and popularity since it first launched back in April 2011.

Hulu, for those who do not know, is a video-on-demand service that is available online.

Users of Hulu can go to the site and watch a variety of television shows, movies, etc. completely free of charge.

Hulu also offers a premium service though called Hulu Plus. The Hulu Plus service packs some stellar video-on-demand content where they have many TV shows and movies available whenever viewers want.

The difference between standard Hulu and Hulu Plus is simply the variety of content that is available to users.

Either way, Hulu on Xbox 360, whether you are a Hulu user or Hulu Plus user, is a long-time coming.

Hulu Plus subscribers can utilize their subscription on the Xbox 360, allowing them to watch more TV shows and movies whenever they want, without a computer being needed.

The Hulu Plus service is available from Hulu for just $7.99 per month, and comes with the ability to enjoy the Hulu on Xbox 360 service free of charge.

The latest Dashboard update to the Xbox 360 contains Hulu in it, meaning that the Hulu on Xbox 360 app is already in place for Xbox 360 owners to enjoy.

This is yet another example of how the Xbox 360 has become the centerpiece of our home theaters.
