Bulletstorm Xbox 360 Preview

Bulletstorm is a brand new first-person shooter for Xbox 360 and PC that features a Comic book inspired storyline and plenty of over-the-top action. The game is being billed by developer Epic Games and publisher Electronic Arts as "frantic FPS fun". It will be released on February 22, but you can pre-order now and get a free special edition upgrade at Amazon.

Set in a futuristic 'pleasure planet', an elite peacekeeping force thwarts the rumblings of civil war. Narrowly surviving a crash landing and now stranded on the abandoned paradise planet of Stygia, Grayson and Ishi find themselves surrounded by hordes of mutants and flesh-eating gangs. They survive on two objectives: get off the planet alive and exact revenge on the man who sent them there.

Taking the role of Grayson Hunt, players will get to use some of the most uniquely innovative weapons ever seen in a first person shooter. Everything feeds into Bulletstorm's distinct 'skillshot' system for unprecedented levels of frantic gameplay.
