Become a Beta Tester for Test Drive Unlimited 2

Look, if I had a few million dollars sitting in the bank, I would probably fly to Ibiza, rent a pimp apartment, buy a Ferrari and hit the clubs. But since I'm an unemployed blogger stuck in Ohio, the next best thing is probably Test Drive Unlimited 2. Atari's newest installment in the Massively Multiplayer Online driving genre will be set on the gorgeous Mediterranean island of Ibiza, and it will feature all of the glitz and glamor of the original game.

Those who are especially eager to live a vicarious life in a sun-drenched paradise can apply for the closed Beta which will begin soon. Leading up to the September 21, 2010 launch of the title, Eden Games will be recruiting a team of dedicated beta testers to provide feedback to help make Test Drive Unlimited 2 the ultimate Massively Open Online Racing (M.O.O.R) experience.

Spaces are apparently limited, but we bet they'll want a pretty big crowd of folks to really put the network code through its paces. The beta testers will be selected from a pool of applicants and will be chosen based on their knowledge of the genre, passion for video games, and the ability to effectively test the evolving "beta" stage software in use.
