Battlestations: Midway Web site goes live

Eidos Interactive is today showcasing a new Web site which brings to light details about their forthcoming Xbox 360 title Battlestations: Midway. This Web site includes regularly updated media and game-related details, a dedicated forum, a World War II Pacific Theater overview, a historical chronology on the key battles in the game plus a section on war machines which offers detailed information on the in-game units, with tactical hints and tips on best use and weak spots.

More details on this title were also given out in a press release and we have presented those for you below:

"Battlestations: Midway is a vast action game that drops players into massive air, sea, and undersea battles from Pearl Harbor to Midway. Players are also challenged to strategically command massive fleet attacks and take direct, real-time control of over 60 different warships, planes and submarines in the battle. Blending intense 3rd-person action with large-scale naval combat, the game brings to life the great Pacific battles of World War II."

Battlestations: Midway will be released in early Q1 2007.
