Amazon: Pre-Order Lancer Get GOW 2 Free!

Marcus Fenix has recently become a gaming icon, not because he's a bad ass (because he totally is), but more so because his favored weapon is like a machine gun and a chainsaw had an affair and named the love child Lancer. Many a gaming fanboy has wanted one of these since the original Gears of War was a hit. There have been several attempts on the internet to re-create the legendary gun, some successful, some... not so successful.

Amazon is here to alleviate your gun-saw itch by offering replicas of the Lancer for purchase. The list price is $139.99, but the sweet deal here, is if you order before November 7th, you'll get a free copy of Gears of War 2. That's a $60 value, so if you haven't pre-ordered Gears of War 2 and you want this gun, there's no reason to pass this up. The only hard part now is convincing your wife why you need the Lancer because there's no telling when that pesky Locust Horde could pop up. Go on, get to beggi... persuading.
