ACTIVISION PUBLISHING ANNOUNCES BIG LEAGUE SPORTS ON KINECT FOR XBOX 360
Activision Publishing, Inc. (Nasdaq: ATVI) announced today that Big League Sports™ is coming this fall to Kinect™ for Xbox 360®, bringing together the six most popular sports in the world: football, soccer, baseball, hockey, basketball and golf, and the first time they will all be playable in one game on Kinect for Xbox 360.
Big League Sports offers 18 accessible yet competitive skills challenges to master. The single player mode tracks stats with a real-time leaderboard and multiple multiplayer modes means there is no shortage of ways to show off abilities. Controls are refined for maximum fun on Kinect and are unique to each sport.
"We wanted to create the perfect active sports videogame for families and friends to play together and now Kinect for Xbox 360 has given us that ability," said David Oxford, Activision Publishing. "Anyone can learn to play - young and old players alike will be on their feet and basking in glory of victory or the agony of defeat with Big League Sports."
