Who Will Win? Master Chief vs Samus Aran
In the great tradition of epic misunderstandings that lead to earth-shattering superhero throw-downs, we pit two armored titans against each other -- Halo's Master Chief versus Metroid's Samus Aran.
Oh the mayhem. We shudder at the thought. Who will win this battle royale? See for yourself.

\\General Background: Orphaned after the Space Pirate attack of Earth colony K-2L, Samus Aran was found and raised by the bird-like Chozo alien race, who trained her as a warrior and gave her a rare artifact called the Power Suit to wipe the galaxy free from the scourge of Space Pirates.
Samus Aran receives a call from the Galactic Federation about a strange Halo appearing above her adoptive home planet Zebes.
Samus wastes no time to investigate. As she nears the mysterious ring-shaped space station, she sees a massive energy weapon powering up. But from out of nowhere her gunship is fired upon and she crashes into the side of the Halo.
Elsewhere, an escape pod carrying Master Chief and Cortana also crash lands, but on the other side of the ring - far from the remnants of Samus' burning gunship. The two had narrowly survived the sad fate of the Pillar of Autumn.
But it's clear what Master Chief's next objective is to be: find and commandeer the Halo's control center. Pity those who get in his way.
Master Chief fights his way through the map room called the Silent Cartographer. He's one step too late though, because there he finds Samus Aran already at the controls. Were they not compelled by life-and-death urgency, the two might have exchanged a few words and avoided the savage bloodshed that ensued... Oh, but that is the cruel irony of fate.
Master Chief fires a quick volley from his MA5B. Samus' sensors warn her just in time as she rolls up into a Morph Ball, narrowly dodging the blast. The control panel was not so lucky. It's completely fried now. And with it goes the only chane to stop the energy weapon from firing on Zebes -- both up in smokes. Samus' rage is palpable. She bowls over Master Chief and drops a string of timed-delayed bombs.
Master Chief has never seen such speed -- such ferocity. He hops away from most of the bombs but takes the brunt of one to the chest. Luckily his shields are able to regenerate. Taking cover from the smoke, he disappears behind a row of crates. As soon as Samus uncurls from her Morph Ball, he grabs her from behind and plants a shot to her temple, knocking a few bars off her energy shield.
Samus reels from the head-shot, visor cracked. She retaliates with a well-placed missile shot to an exploding barrel next to Master Chief. He stumbles to recover. His shields are down. Samus pushes her advantage by charging up an Ice Beam; but then, just as she's about to let go...

Samus would flash a boob then hammer the chief into the ground!
Samus is way tougher and skilled - period

Samus lost her parents as an infant and had Chozo upbringing and training. Considering she's about twenty years old, she must have spent ten years or over on a superior Chozo training program. Then compare her weapon arsenal (Samus's is incomplete. Missing are Light beam, Wave beam, Plasma beam, Phazn beam, etc.) to the Chief's, and their suits. Considering Samus's suit gets more powerful over time and is resistant to all sorts of danger, including hyperthermica and radiation and, in the PED case, provides her with Hypermode weaponry...
I'd say this should be easy.
