Meet Faith, our newest heroine from EA and DICE's Mirror's Edge. She lacks superhuman powers, but is armed with her superb physicality and agility. You could easily point her out of a lineup with the wickedly awesome makeup job on her right eye. (Hello, Halloween costume idea anyone?)

Owen O'Brian, Senior Producer of Mirror's Edge, described in an EA3 interview the game is a first-person action-adventure game. Faith is a Runner (carrier) in the streets of a utopian-like city. Faith's sister is framed for a crime she didn't commit and now they (the unmentioned enemy) is hunting Faith. Weapons are accessible throughout the game, if you move close enough to disarm the enemy. However, carrying a firearm restricts Faith's maneuverability such as jumps and swings. O'Brian further explains you could complete the game without firing a single shot, solely relying on Faith's combative skills.

If you haven't seen the trailer for Mirror's Edge, view it below. The graphics are surreal, opening soundtrack is terrific, sound effects seem realistic to Faith's motions (or is that the sound of me panting?), and she just looks bad-ass!
