Prototype Pre-Order Bonuses Comes In 3 Different Shapes

The June 9th release date for the shape-shifting game Prototype is sneaking ever closer. It's now or never to place your pre-order and nab the requisite pre-order goodies.

But where to plop down your hard-earned cash, you ask? Activision has three options for 'ya, aimed at collectors of all different shapes and sizes -- GameCrazy (the art lover), GameStop (the toy fanatic), and Amazon (the comic book geek).

GameCrazy has a Limited Edition Hard Back Art Concept Book that will give the skinny on all of Alex's shape-shifting abilities and weapons.

GameStop will be offering an Alex Mercer Collectible Action Figure and a 2-sided Critical Hints location map / poster.

Amazon fills in Alex's backstory with a collectible Prototype Comic Book from WildStorm (Jim Lee's DC imprint) that tells the story of two NYC homicide detectives chasing him.

Personally, the Alex Mercer action figure is looking like the cooler of the three bonuses.
